01 / Welcome to Lemuria

A race toward the World Tree

Every ten years, Lemuria’s monarch declares the Great Lemurian Race. Adventurers and their Pokémon face trials, treasure hunts, and fearsome foes for the chance to meet the Overlord in a floating fortress above Yggdrasil.

This is a direct sequel to Pokémon Odyssey, again combining Pokémon with Etrian Odyssey-inspired exploration. The first adventure is recommended for story context, though the demo can be played on its own.

02 / What makes the sequel different

A new expedition.
Different rules.

The demo moves away from the traditional Gym formula and focuses on story, exploration, and teams built for Double Battles.

01Battle system

Double Battles lead

Battles use the doubles format unless you only have one Pokémon. Team synergy shapes each encounter.

02Build your explorer

Eight subclasses

Choose one of eight documented subclasses, each with its own perk and starting items.

03A new regional dex

300+ Etrian Variants

More than 300 species from Generations 1–9 are reimagined as regional variants, alongside the Aether type.

04Expedition systems

Explore beyond battles

Mining and Gathering points, F.O.E.s, sidequests, and a dedicated quest menu reward exploration.

05Choose the challenge

Difficulty and level caps

Multiple difficulty settings and optional soft level caps let you tune the journey.

06Build without the grind

Team tools

Perfect 31 IVs, nature and ability changing, easier EV management, and DexNav keep the focus on team building.

03 / Battle as a team

Two partners take the field.

Odyssey II centers combat on Double Battles. Only a trainer with a single Pokémon fights alone, making team pairings and complementary roles part of the core journey.

04 / Choose your subclass

Eight perks for the road ahead.

The selection screen documents one perk and a starting item set for each subclass. Your choice changes how you approach exploration, resources, or early battles.
